Nestled within the vibrant heart of Boston, Ananda’s purpose is to guide you in establishing a sustainable balanced way of being using the proven practices of self-inquiry (vi-char-a), meditation + yoga. It’s not necessary to make drastic lifestyle changes to experience the de-stressing + healing effects of these stabilizing practices. You can integrate them easily in 45 – 90 minute sessions or as deeply as 2 ½ hour workshops. My comprehensive training + experience enables me to personally design the practices that will serve your specific mind-body health care aspirations.
